People are the most valued asset of any business and JEC offers the training and support necessary to ensure learners are consistently developed to make the most of their skills and knowledge. Clients, and the needs of their learners, are central to everything we do and we aim to provide the highest standard of training service at a cost that makes it accessible for everyone.

All training starts with an initial client conversation to ascertain the learner objective and desired business outcome. From this discussion, a programme is designed and delivered in a format that best meets those needs. Following delivery, all training is immediately evaluated via delegate feedback with further reviews planned in over the coming weeks/months to ensure learning has successfully transferred back into the workplace. Ongoing support and input is a valued aspect of the JEC service.

The sessions detailed can be delivered in a number of formats depending on the requirements of the client and the level of learner need. Examples of the formats available are:

  • 1 and a half hour bite size workshops
  • 2-3 hour workshops
  • 1 day training courses
  • Training Programmes

The session content is expanded or condensed depending on which delivery method is selected. Each session, regardless of duration, covers the basic elements and most important aspects of the relevant topic. Content would always be communicated and agreed with the client prior to delivery.
